Based in Santa Barbara, California, this role requires a proactive individual who can ensure accurate and efficient handling of data and administrative tasks.Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain accurate data in organizational systems, ensuring all information is correctly recorded.
- Prepare and send invoices, verifying their accuracy before distribution.
- Organize and manage paperwork, ensuring all required documents are properly filed and accessible.
- Support backend office operations by completing assigned administrative tasks.
- Perform regular system updates and ensure database organization.
- Collaborate with team members to address any immediate needs or issues.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, edit, and maintain files.
- Scan, type, and perform calculations as needed to support office operations.
- Engage in frequent check-ins to align with team objectives and contribute to a cohesive work environment.
- Proven experience in data entry, with proficiency in 10-key typing.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for document and data management.
- Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience with scanning, typing, and performing basic calculations.
- Capability to manage and organize files systematically.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Expected salary: $20.9 - 24.2 per hour
