Location: Fully Remote (Must be licensed in NJ)
Schedule: Part-time/Full-time | Flexible hours (15-40 Hours)

Provide virtual therapy to adolescents and adults
Create treatment plans based on client goals and needs
Apply your therapeutic style (CBT, DBT, trauma-focused, mindfulness, etc.)
Complete timely and professional documentation
Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical standards
Participate in case consultations as needed

Active NJ license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPC
Experience working with teens and adults
A solid telehealth foundation and the comfort of working independently
Clear, compassionate communicator — in session and in documentation

Experience with specialized approaches like CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care
Bilingual fluency (not required, but a plus)
A desire to grow within a modern, community-rooted private practice
