Remote hiring for IT Project Manager
Location: India (Remote)
Salary: RS 1,84,000 PM
Experience: 10-15 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days only
Skills: Agile ,Scrum Master
Ā· 10 years of IT Experience. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master including delivery experience for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
Ā· Holds Scrum Master Certification from Scrum Alliance or Scrum Org. Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices, how to get the most out of self-organization.
Ā· Removing impediments for the team.
Ā· Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
Ā· Working with Product Owner, on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Ā· Preparing delivery plan in line with stakeholders. Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership / Project Management.
Ā· The candidate should have good experience with Agile and project delivery experience.
