Blazerworks is actively hiring Teachers for the Visually Impaired (TVI) across Georgia for virtual positions. We have both part-time and full-time roles available through the end of the 24/25 school year, with a strong chance of renewal! Caseload: K-12th students | 1:1 setting

Job Details:
Β• Tailored Instructional Design: Develop and implement personalized instructional plans and materials for visually impaired students.
Β• Individual and Group Teaching: Offer direct teaching and support to visually impaired students, both one-on-one and in small groups.
Β• Ongoing Assessment: Monitor student progress and modify instructional approaches to meet their changing needs.
Β• Collaborative Support: Partner with classroom teachers, parents, and educational professionals to provide well-rounded support for students.
Β• Technology and Adaptation: Recommend and integrate assistive technologies and adaptive strategies to optimize learning experiences.

Qualifications:
Β• Valid Certification/Licensure: Must hold a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) certification or licensure in Minnesota.
Β• Preferred Experience: Experience working with visually impaired students is highly preferred.
Β• Specialized Skills: Proficiency in instructional strategies and assistive technologies for visually impaired students.
Β• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with students, families, and staff.
Β• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
