About the Role:
Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance P&C Commercial Lines Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our remote workforce, you will be responsible for managing and processing high-volume submissions in Property & Casualty commercial lines with accuracy and timeliness.
Responsibilities:
Manage and process P&C commercial lines submissions efficiently and accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
Utilize AMS360 to manage client accounts, policies, and submissions effectively.
Collaborate with underwriters, agents, and other team members to ensure seamless policy processing.
Review and verify policy documents, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to P&C commercial lines.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a CSR in P&C commercial lines.
Proficiency in AMS360 is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of P&C commercial lines products, policies, and procedures.
Ability to handle high volumes of submissions efficiently and accurately.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
