Responsibilities:
?? Build relationships with clients and provide personalized insurance solutions
?? Assist in quoting and issuing policies for home, auto, farm, and business insurance
?? Educate clients on coverage options and risk management strategies
?? Support agency growth through networking, referrals, and community involvement
?? Maintain a high level of customer service and follow up with clients Qualifications:
?? Self-motivated with strong people skills
?? Willing to learn and grow in the insurance industry
?? Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
?? Life & Health license (preferred or willing to obtain)
?? Interest in financial services is a plus
