This role involves handling day-to-day banking transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and supporting their use of digital banking platforms. Qualifications:
Β Previous banking experience is an advantage but not required.
Β Unquestionable integrity and a strong work ethic.
Β Excellent attention to detail.
Β Resilient and positive attitude, capable of assertiveness and maintaining composure under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Β Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
Β Sell banking products like cashierΒs checks and safety deposit boxes.
Β Provide information and answer customer queries both in person and over the phone.
Β Promote and assist customers with online and mobile banking.
Β Engage in ongoing learning and adaptation to meet the needs of our community.
Salary & Benefits:
Β Salary ranges between $20 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.
