Job Overview:
Position: Full-Time, 1099 Contract
Hours: 37.5 per week
Caseload: K-12th grade, details shared during the interview
Compensation: $32-$37/hour
Start Date: Immediate openings available
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage individualized learning plans tailored to each students unique needs.
Administer virtual assessments and provide recommendations for educational strategies.
Facilitate online IEP meetings and collaborate with team members on student goals.
Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications:
Washington State Special Education Teaching License
Minimum of two years of school-based experience
Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms and tools
