PART TIME, FLEXIBLE HOURS, WEEKENDS
Job Description:
Β Screen telephone calls and route to the appropriate individual or department
Β Answer all questions promptly, courteously, and accurately
Β Route all deliveries to appropriate departments
Β Obtain information, when appropriate and relay information to appropriate individual(s)
Β Screen all individuals coming into the facility and exercise good judgement in granting entrance
Β Assist department directors in administrative matters, e.g., preparing reports, correspondence, etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
Β Ability to communicate with residents, family members, and team members in a professional and friendly manner
Β Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
Β Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
Β Must be organized and detail oriented
Β Must be dependable and trustworthy
Β Must maintain a neat and professional appearance
Β Ability to stay calm under pressure
Β Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
Β Long term care experience preferred but not necessary
Education requirements: Β High School diploma or equivalent
