Epic Certified Systems Administrator / Citrix
Location: Fort Myers, FL
ย Remote position; must reside in or relocate (paid) to within an hour of Fort Myers, Fl.
Start: ASAP
This is a remote position. Incumbents, who reside in or relocate (paid) to Florida only, may work at home. There may be occasional situations that require work to be performed on-site at an assigned location.
The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the installation and ongoing support of windows servers that provide access to the enterprise EMR, Epic.
Responsibilities:
ย Proactive monitoring of Epic application system health
ย Server Operating System Patching
ย Installation/configuration of Epic client system components including feature enhancements and application upgrades
Requirements:
ย Knowledge of Citrix and it's components
ย 3+ yearsย experience with installing/maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft windows servers
ย 2+ yearsย experience with the following Microsoft technologies:
ย Internet information services (IIS) administration
ย Active directory
ย File/Print services
ย Certificate services
ย Citrix StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, PVS, Studio, Application Publishing, Citrix Access Gateway, Citrix ADC, VDI
ย Must be willing to acquire Epic client systems proficiency / certification
Preferred:
ย Experience with Epic Client Systems Administration is preferred
ย Experience with Citrix load balancing and virtual application delivery is a plus
