Description:
The M&A Accounting Operations team supports company-wide strategic initiatives.
The Senior Revenue Analyst will report to the M&A Accounting Operations Senior Manager.
Support revenue operations for all mergers and acquisitions in addition to traditional accounting tasks.
Responsibilities include analyzing accounting, reporting and process implications.
Prepare monthly journal entries for M&A revenue, deferred revenue, and accounts receivable.
Responsible for the preparation of quarterly audit schedules.
Support companywide projects for revenue accounting.
Requirements:
CPA license
At least 3 years of experience; combination of public accounting and industry experience preferred
"Self-starter" with outstanding analytical, communication, technical skills and a can-do attitude
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
Experience with monthly and quarterly close activities, account reconciliations, problem resolution, audit schedule preparation and working with external and internal auditors
Experience performing contract analysis under ASC 606- Revenue from Contracts with Customers
Documenting accounting conclusions under ASC 606- Revenue from Contracts with Customers
Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Rev Pro etc.)
