Responsibilities may include:
Β Identify and provide recommendations to policies and procedures.
Β Assist with development, implementation and ongoing analysis of process improvement reporting and systems.
Β Assist in the ongoing preparation and required compliance for CARF accreditation reviews.
Β Participate and assist with CEU Committee and ensure that licensed staff trainings are provided.
Β Participate in federal, state and local trainings to keep apprised on regulatory changes.
Β Conduct Quality Assurance reviews as assigned and scheduled.
Β Track all Quality Assurance reviews, monitoring for trends, identifying training needs and monitoring plans of correction.
Requirements for this position include:
Β LPC, LSW, LISW, LPCC or RN in Ohio.
Β Quality assurance experience in a related field is preferred.
Β Strong communication skills and organized.
Β Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
Β Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
