Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
Present P&C insurance products via phone or virtual meetings
Assess clients' needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client retention
Requirements
What You Bring:
Active Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License
Proven sales experience (Insurance sales experience preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills (virtual selling experience a plus)
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Results-driven and committed to exceeding expectations
Familiarity with CRM software and virtual sales tools (e.g., Zoom, Salesforce)
Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
