Description:
Responsible for overseeing and driving the development, implementation, and management of programs within the lending organization.
This role ensures that products, services, and processes meet the highest standards of quality and comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Review all proposed credit programs and new partner on-boarding plans to ensure appropriate quality assurance and risk management checks.
Design, implement, and maintain programs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) representing critical dimensions quality, financial, throughput, and risk.
Identify potential risks related to quality and implement strategies to mitigate those risks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred.
Typically, 8+ years experience in a variety of roles in the financial services industry, with emphasis in Lending disciplines
Strong understanding of industry compliance standards and guidelines
Proficient communicator with executive and senior level management
