The Financial CSR/Bank Teller/Loan Processor/Credit Risk position at Mindsource, Inc. is a contract role focused on providing operational support and risk mitigation for banking products. Responsibilities
ย Respond to inquiries via CRM tools through phone and email.

ย Complete daily cases utilizing standard operating procedures and analyze trends for program improvements.

ย Understand escalation paths to triage seller needs and mitigate risk.

ย Answer customer questions regarding business documents or current loan information.

ย Maintain or exceed established service level agreements for transaction resolution.

ย Identify, document, and follow up on product bugs and features.

ย Advocate for the seller community by identifying trends and suggesting policy improvements.

ย Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of BSA/AML responsibilities.

ย Collaborate with team members through internal messaging tools and video conferencing.

ย Suggest improvements for Banking content on the Support Center and in macros.
Requirements
ย 3 years of experience in the banking industry.

ย 2 years of experience in loan/credit processing.
,
ย 1 year of experience with CRM software.
,
ย Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

ย Proficiency with technical tools such as Google and Microsoft Suite, Slack, and CRM software.
