Key Responsibilities
Ā Establish and nurture robust customer relationships, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
Ā Provide education on insurance and financial offerings through a needs-oriented approach.
Ā Manage day to day customer interactions to resolve customer concerns through communications with our corporate partners.
Ā Gather information from policyholders as needed for the proper issuance of policies.
