Are you passionate about working with teens and creating a space where they can connect, grow, and have fun? Join us as Youth/Teen Center Staff at the YMCA of Middle TN! Starting pay is $12/hour (based on experience), and youll be part of a mission-driven team making a real impact in the lives of young people.
What Youll Do:
Build meaningful relationships with teens while supervising and ensuring the center runs smoothly.
Lead activities based on teen interests, encouraging positive engagement and participation.
Collaborate with the Program Director and Coordinator to plan exciting events.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that reflects the YMCAs core values.
What Youll Bring:
Minimum age: 18
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Conflict resolution skills and the ability to model professionalism.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Required Certifications:
New Hire Orientation before your first shift.
CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days.
