Job Description
Remote call center is looking to hire an English/Spanish bilingual call center representative that will follow a script to assist callers with tax issues.
This is a remote position so you must have good quality internet.
You will be developing a personal relationship with our callers so you must have strong people skills.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
ย Acts as a facilitator between referral sources and our fulfillment providers regarding IRS tax debt and other financial or tax related services
ย Consistently gains customer commitment throughout the referral process
ย Develops and maintains positive relationships with key referral sources
ย Act as a liaison between service providers and the customer
ย Draft communications to prospective customers (text)
ย Accurately refer clients to the appropriate provider organization
ย Maintains thorough understanding of competitors' strengths and weaknesses and USPs of our partners
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
ย Fluent in both English and Spanish
ย A minimum of 2 years' proven sales experience preferred
ย Preferred experience in customer service, call centers, sales
ย Experience in developing text and all strategies
ย Excellent speaking, written, and verbal communication skills.
ย Ability to establish and develop relationships with leads
ย Ability to clearly communicate with customers through phone call and email
ย Results driven - documented success in exceeding goals or objectives.
ย High School Diploma required
