Key Responsibilities
ย Manage and oversee financial accounts for various stakeholders within the horse racing community.
ย Accurately process payments, disbursements, and conduct thorough account reconciliations.
ย Deliver exceptional customer service to horsemen and other relevant stakeholders.
ย Ensure precise and timely data entry along with diligent recordkeeping practices.
ย Assist in the processing of jockey payroll and manage stake accounts effectively.
ย Uphold compliance with all pertinent regulations and operational procedures.
Required Skills
ย A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting-related positions such as bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable.
ย Strong familiarity with accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
ย Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
ย High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
ย Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry applications.
ย Experience with accounting software is advantageous.
