Key Responsibilities
Ā Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via live chat on our website in a friendly and professional manner
Ā Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to assist customers in their purchasing decisions
Ā Engage with website visitors to understand their needs and guide them to appropriate resources
Ā Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services
Ā Work collaboratively with the customer service and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Ā Participate in training sessions to develop your skills in customer interaction and product knowledge
Ā Maintain a positive and proactive attitude while assisting customers online
Requirements
Ā No prior experience in customer service or chat support is required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Ā Excellent written communication skills with a focus on customer engagement
