About the position

The Call Center Team Lead position at Atrius Health is a part-time remote role focused on providing leadership during weekend shifts. Responsibilities
ย• Lead the call center team during weekend shifts to ensure effective patient support.

ย• Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving support to strengthen patient-clinician relationships.

ย• Facilitate communication and coordination among interdisciplinary care teams.

Requirements
ย• Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a call center environment.

ย• Experience with scheduling and managing high call volumes (70+ calls per day).

ย• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and EPIC or similar technology.

ย• Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

ย• High School diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
