Description
General Responsibilities and Duties:
Ā Communicate updates and challenges with the Client Relations team and Operations team.
Ā Professionally communicate with customers on weekends until project manager is back in the office.
Ā Manage, review, and audit client schedules in spreadsheets and time keeping systems.
Ā Responsible for meeting deadlines on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Ā High School Diploma or other equivalent education.
Ā Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Ā Customer Services: 1-2 year (preferred).
Ā Security Background: 1-2 years (preferred).
Ā Administrative Experience: 1-2 years (preferred).
Ā Must be very organized with superior attention to detail.
Ā Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
Ā Must have excellent customer service skills.
Ā Handle and access escalations
Ā Scheduling and submitting time approvals
Ā Proactive and able to take initiative
Ā Great Problem solving skills
Ā Alternative monthly schedules: One month Mon-Thurs. One Month Thurs-Sun
Ā Dispatch role or answering calls and emails through out the night
Ā MUST HAVE A GUARD CARD

Ā Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
