Job Duties and Responsibilities of Seasonal Freight Transport Driver:
ย Safely operate a truck and trailer combo to move packages between UPS facilities or to customers on predetermined routes.
ย Be accessible for work at varying times, including daytime, nighttime, and weekends.
ย Observe all DOT and organizational policies, including meeting the requirements of the DOT physical examination.
ย Comply with the UPS dress regulations and wear the uniform given by the corporation.
ย Manifesting trustworthiness, duty, and a fervor for steering tractor-trailers.
ย Stay compliant with regulations to maintain your right to work in the United States.
Qualifications and Experience of Seasonal Freight Transport Driver:
ย Carrying a genuine CDL (commercial driverยs license) from the state of domicile.
ย The location of your driving job may dictate the need for a Doubles/Triples endorsement.
ย Meeting the criteria of a Department of Transportation physical exam.
