- We are seeking an experienced Desktop Engineer (3rd Shift) to join Client's 24x7 IT Support team. This fully remote position is responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware/software systems.Responsibilities
- Provide overnight technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve end-user incidents.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Utilize ticketing system to log and manage service requests.
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange configurations.
- Support and troubleshoot network printers and MDM platforms (Airwatch preferred).
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors on system maintenance and repair.
- Participate in on-call rotations covering one weekend shift and holidays when required.
- Follow ITIL processes, including Incident, Request, and Change management.
- Open outage bridges and escalate major incidents when needed. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service background.
- Ability to work independently on the 3rd shift with minimal supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr
