Job Description:
As a Customer Service Clerk, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing world-class service and support. You’ll handle client inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information about our products and services, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
– Provide product information and resolve any emerging problems
– Record customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
– Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
– Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Education Qualifications:
– High School diploma or equivalent
– Further training in Customer Service is a plus
Experience:
– Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided
