Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly through live chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and resolutions in the companys CRM system.
- Provide information about products, services, and order status updates.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher support tiers as necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Amazons services, policies, and procedures.
- Gather customer feedback and make suggestions for improvements.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
