Job Description: Blazer Jobs is hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support SLPs in Elizabeth, CO. The SLPA will assist with providing speech and language therapy to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist SLPs in conducting assessments and implementing treatment plans.
Provide therapy to students to help improve their speech and language skills.
Collect data and maintain accurate records of students progress.
Support SLPs in preparing therapy materials and activities.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students needs.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
Valid SLPA license in Colorado.
At least one year of experience as an SLPA, preferably in a school setting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
