ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
ย Researches various travel rates for cost effectiveness
ย Makes travel arrangements travel platforms Deem and Adelman
ย Coordinates itinerary with travelers
ย Processes billable travel reporting or per diems
ย Ensures and maintains compliance with quality requirements and ISO procedures
ย Completes required training classes
ย All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
ย Associateยs degree in Travel /Tourism or Project Management preferred or relevant work experience required
ย Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
ย Ability to work in fast paced environment
ย Excellent interpersonal skills
ย Excellent verbal and written communication skills
ย Available to work assigned hours based on business needs, including weekend work coverage
ย Knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel
