MUST HAVE:
Bachelor's degree.
2+ years of experience in business development or sales.
Responsibilities:
Conducting cold calls to potential new clients to introduce our products and services.
Scheduling and coordinating webinars with and for the Marketing and Events teams.
Tracking invoices and payments in collaboration with Accounts Payable.
Developing and maintaining operations processes using tools like Excel and Smartsheet Responsibilities
Business development + cold calling.
Managing webinar calendars, confirming speakers and attendees.
Ensuring invoices are sent on time and payments are received and recorded.
Creating standardized templates and workflows to optimize daily tasks.
Pulling data from various sources and running reports.
Request vendor payment forms.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
2+ years of experience in business development or sales.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with MS Office applications like Excel.
Experience using project management or other tools like Smartsheet.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask across different tasks
