Job description
ย Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, doctors, and providers.
ย Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers
ย Resolve the callersย needs, provide accurate information to the caller while following policies and procedures.
Requirements:
ย **Must be able to TRAIN onsite in Louisville, KY***
ย Previous Customer Service and Call Center experience required.
ย Previous healthcare experience desired but not required.
ย Proficient with Microsoft Office.
ย Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
