Remote Position for a Certified Pharmacy Technician

Join our healthcare startup as a dedicated Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician on a 6-month contract. You will support our team under the guidance of the Pharmacist Team Lead and the Head of Operations, focusing on enhancing patient care through proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Make outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies for case interventions
Ā Obtain and record health and contact information
Ā Schedule appointments and resolve medication-related issues
Ā Engage with patients to provide support
Ā Handle inbound customer support requests and prepare correspondence
Ā Perform other assigned duties as necessary
Qualifications
Ā Certified Pharmacy Technician
Ā Bilingual in English and Spanish
Ā Experience managing 40-50+ adherence-related calls per day
Ā Knowledge of basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic)
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ā Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Ā Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently
Ā Availability to work 40 hours per week (Monday-Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time)
