### Qualifications
Required
Ā Master's degree or higher in a related field
Ā Active LICSW, LMHC, or LCMHC license in the State of Vermont (VT)
Ā Access to the necessary technology including a computer, webcam, and reliable internet, as well as a private and quiet space for session conduct
Ā A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Ā Availability for full-time hours
Preferred
Ā More than 1 year of experience in areas such as:
Ā Telehealth
Ā Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Ā Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Ā Evidence-Based Practice
Ā Outpatient Experience
### Key Responsibilities
Ā Provide evidence-based treatment to a diverse patient population.
Ā Deliver a variety of mental health services to support individual recovery plans, primarily using telehealth platforms.
Ā Conduct intake assessments and offer individual, group, and family therapy as required.
Ā Perform mental health assessments, counseling sessions, referrals, and intervention services.
Ā Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines.
### Scheduling and Work Environment
Ā Fully remote with flexible scheduling options.
Ā Create your own work hours between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), seven days a week.
Ā Required to work until 8:00 p.m. on two days per week or to complete four-hour shifts on weekends.
Ā No on-call duties are required.
