Account Executive
Remote - Night Shift
Direct Hire - Full Time...
Up to 100,000/month
Duties and Responsibilities:
Β Conduct proactive account audits and create engaging videos to demonstrate how we can enhance clients' sales and optimize their Amazon listings, Advertising campaigns, and overall Amazon account management.
Β Execute email outreach to engage potential clients and build relationships.
Β Conduct video calls to understand client needs and present growth opportunities through our Agency services.
Β Collaborate with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to enhance productivity and manage your calendar effectively.
Β Once established, assist in guiding and mentoring BDRs to help fill your calendar and optimize sales outreach.
Qualifications:
Β Able to demonstrate with 3 to 4 years experience in a similar role.
Β Motivated, driven, tech-savvy individuals with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Β Financially motivated individuals seeking a high commission opportunity.
Β Coachable, able to create video sales outreach daily, cold calling proficiency, organization, CRM usage, and follow-up according to agency standards.
Β Experience with Amazon Seller Central is preferred but not mandatory.
Β Opportunity to learn insider secrets and strategies in the booming eCommerce market, particularly Amazon.
Β Development of communication skills, business negotiation, contract creation, and sales experience.
Β Aim to secure 5-8 signed clients per month.
Β Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Β Ability to build strong relationships at all levels throughout an organization in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
Β Proficient in using MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and performance tracking.
Β Exceptional attention to detail.
Β Digital-oriented mindset.
Β Excellent command of English grammar.
Β Experience in marketing copywriting.
Β Familiarity with Amazon operations (an advantage).
Β Proficient in product and keyword research.
Β Advanced digital troubleshooting skills.
Β Able to work in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (UTCTC-05:00)
Β Set up to work from home with a stable internet connection and a quiet area in order to communicate with stakeholders and clients.
Β Familiarity with online meeting applications like Google Meets and Zoom.
Bonus Points:
Β Remote experience.
Β E-commerce experience (Walmart, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
Β Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Hubstaff and Google Suites.
Β Have worked in a company whose customers are brands and sellers on Amazon.
Β Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales tools for lead management.
