One of our US-based clients is looking for an experienced Transportation and logistics Virtual Assistant to join their team remotely for a full-time work.
Salary starts at $ 800 per month complete with HMO and PTOs
RESPONSIBILITIES: (please read through and make sure you are experienced with the tasks and can confidently deliver expectations)
Β Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems
Β Updating retired units in our inventory daily.
Β Logging in Units to our shops as needed: sold/non-op
Β Providing scanned copies of titles to our sales reps. Within 24 hours
Β Light DMV functions, such as:
Β Requesting DMV Quotes within 24 hours
Β Request for lien releases or payoffs within 24 hours
Β Mail License plates weekly
Β Fill out DMV or overpayment check request form within 24 hours.
Β Run Maintenance reports.
Β Run vin Audits weekly.
Β Release of liability weekly
Β Create UPS labels as needed.
Β Create POs for vendors or shops by the end of shift daily.
Β Assist with new projects as needed.
Β Maintaining sold list in real time
Β Miscellaneous job responsibilities within the dealership.

Β Initiative: Must be a self-starter and driven.
Β Problem Solving: Uses logic and reasoning to identify solutions and seeks alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
Β Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Β Time Management: Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Β Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
