The Validation Engineer role involves supporting application verifications, performing validation documentation reviews, and assisting with compliance requirements to ensure systems meet regulatory standards. Responsibilities Support application transfer verifications to confirm qualified system state following migration or modernization Perform infrastructure qualification and validation documentation review, upload, and approval activities Assist technical teams in navigating CSA, validation, and compliance lifecycle requirements Contribute to qualification and verification of new systems and tools introduced through the Tech Mod program Support application modernization qualification and validation activities Assist with change management documentation and compliance alignment Help maintain traceability, risk assessment, and validation deliverables as directed by the CSA Lead Ensure work aligns with SDLC, data integrity, and documentation quality expectations Skills Experience supporting computer system assurance (CSA), validation, or qualification in regulated or quality-driven environments Familiarity with SDLC, change control, and validation lifecycle documentation Strong attention to detail when reviewing technical and compliance documentation Effective written communication and ability to collaborate in a fully remote, global team Ability to work independently and manage priorities across time zones Preferred experience with infrastructure qualification, cloud/platform modernization, or system migrations Preferred exposure to GxP or other regulated industry environments Preferred familiarity with traceability, risk assessments, and validation summary documentation Benefits High growth potential and fast-paced organization with a people-focused culture Competitive pay plus performance-based incentive programs Company-paid Life, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability Insurance.
