K&G Sports, established in 2007, operates two professional golf tours and is seeking a full-time Media Producer to join its team. The Digital Media Producer will be responsible for planning, producing, and editing high-quality video content and multimedia projects, as well as managing digital media channels and creating engaging social media content. Responsibilities Manage and execute social media strategy across tour platforms, including Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Flickr Create and publish engaging content that aligns with brand voice and drives audience growth Support and promote partner brands and tour initiatives through digital content and campaigns Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content for social media and marketing use Design graphics and multimedia assets to enhance digital storytelling and engagement Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to inform content strategy Operate professional equipment, including Sony A7III cameras and DJI drones, to capture on-site content Skills Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Broadcast Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field Comfortable conducting on-camera interviews with players and stakeholders Strong photography skills, with an eye for composition and storytelling Excellent writing and editing abilities, including press releases and tournament recaps Proficiency in photo and video editing software, including Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Avid, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools Ability to develop and execute content plans across multiple platforms Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods (2–4 consecutive weeks) during tournament season (April–September) Ability to work remotely during non-tournament weeks Prior experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.) Graphic design experience with a strong visual eye Familiarity with website management platforms, particularly Squarespace Knowledge of golf and the professional golf landscape Willingness to relocate to the Dallas, Texas area Benefits SIMPLE Retirement Program Healthcare options available Company Overview Founded in 2007, K&G Sports owns and operates two professional golf tours, the ANNIKA Women's All Pro Tour and the All Pro Tour.
