As a remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, while still being part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of healthcare. **Job Summary** As a Drug Rebate Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of Medicaid Drug Rebate payments. You'll work closely with our team to maintain quality, production, and compliance standards, while supporting departmental initiatives that improve efficiency and workflows. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Post and reconcile drug rebate payments in PRIMS and Process Manager systems * Track, maintain, and update weekly deposit spreadsheets and correspondence * Index, correct, and post historic payments as required * Manage deposit spreadsheets and coversheets for EFT payments from manufacturers * Assist with special projects to support operational success **What We're Looking For** * Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe/Nitro, and general PC/Windows systems * Familiarity with PRIMS, Process Manager, SSRS Reports, and Remote Desktop Connection * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills * Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to multitask * Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards **What You Can Expect** * 100% remote work within the United States * High-volume data entry with accuracy and speed using 10-key proficiency * Regular attendance based on established schedules * Professional interaction with internal and external customers * Opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in a team-focused environment **Benefits and Perks** * Competitive salary range: $32,600 - $46,500 per year (base pay may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience) * Generous, flexible vacation policy * Comprehensive health benefits * 401(k) employer match * Educational assistance * Leadership and technical development academies to help build your skills and capabilities **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we believe that nothing is impossible when you bring together people who care deeply about making healthcare work better for everyone.
