As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying conversational AI and chatbot solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. With a strong background in AI/ML, data science, and AWS services, you'll have the expertise to leverage Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS Lambda, and AWS Connect to create seamless customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop conversational AI and chatbot solutions using AWS services, including Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS Lambda, and AWS Connect * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs * Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, data science, and AWS services, applying this knowledge to improve existing solutions and develop new ones * Work closely with the development team to integrate conversational AI and chatbot solutions with existing systems and applications * Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless deployment and minimal downtime * Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in developing IVA/chatbots, conversational AI, or similar AI-driven systems using AWS services * Expertise in using Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS Lambda, and AWS Connect * Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including natural language processing, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning * Experience with AWS Bedrock and SageMaker is highly desirable **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field * 5+ years of experience in developing IVA/chatbots, conversational AI, or similar AI-driven systems using AWS services * Experience with cloud-based development, including AWS services and Azure or Google Cloud Platform * Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment * Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban **Skills and Competencies** * Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++ * Experience with AWS services, including Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS Lambda, and AWS Connect * Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including natural language processing, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with version control systems, including Git or SVN **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our team members with opportunities for growth and development.
