You will act as a trusted partner, translating requirements into practical solutions and supporting customers in optimizing their document workflows—while collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience. Guide customers through onboarding and ensure effective platform usage Deliver trainings on portal usage, HITL workflows, review processes, and quality improvements Support customers in understanding review feedback and implementing improvements Monitor onboarding progress and proactively identify challenges Act as the main contact for product-related onboarding questions Translate business requirements into platform configurations Provide recommendations to improve extraction quality and document handling Enable customers to independently operate the solution after onboarding Collaborate with Implementation Engineers, Review Teams, and Product/Engineering What you'll need Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong service mindset Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences Strong communication and presentation skills Proactive, structured, and customer-oriented way of working Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects in parallel Technical curiosity and ability to quickly understand complex products Experience in enterprise environments 2+ years in onboarding, customer success, or solution consulting Familiarity with document workflows, data extraction, or automation Experience with enterprise software or SaaS platforms Fluent in English (German is a plus) What you can expect At Retarus, you will work on impactful and dynamic projects, with real opportunities to make a difference.
