You'll work closely with our Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor to drive improvement in friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys. Your primary goal will be to create a customer-first focus, delivering a consistently great experience to all our customers with a high level of professionalism. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Customer Service Lead, you'll be responsible for: * Modeling arenaflex's core values, philosophy, and back-of-house standards, and executing strategies to drive improvement in customer service. * Driving improvement in friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to all our customers. * Maintaining a neat and orderly front-end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions. * Coordinating meal and break periods and monitoring schedule adherence. * Collaborating with the receiving team to ensure seamless execution of customer service initiatives. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
