This will be a customer-facing role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. **Roles & Responsibilities** As a Customer Facing Data Scientist (CFDS) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Interacting directly with customers to design and develop machine learning applications and solutions based on the arenaflex platform * Conducting and managing data science projects with customer's vision of success in mind in collaboration with their data science teams * Building a long-term trusted relationship with the customer so that the customers can be led towards success * Understanding and empathizing with customers' pain points of building AI solutions * Solving various problems for clients, making an impact across various domains and industries such as Banking, Insurance, Finance, Health, e-commerce, Marketing, Oil & Gas * Being the face of the company and our AI/ML expertise, directly interfacing with our partners around the globe (together with sales team) * Understanding the market horizon for innovations in data science and utilizing those to solve customer problems * Becoming an expert on the arenaflex platform and associated tools to teach, enable, and support our customers in building their own applications * Collaborating with Data Science, Engineers, Product, to design customer's solutions * Working in a fast-paced environment alongside accomplished engineering, product, and data science team members **Key Skills Required** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 5-10 years of experience solving complex data problems using Machine Learning * Expert in ML modeling and Python coding * Customer-Facing Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills; proven ability to partner with enterprise stakeholders * Preferred prior experience in AI services industry or startup environments; domain experience in finance, is a plus * Generative AI: Applied experience building LLM-based solutions (is a plus) and generative workflows **Why Join Us** Join arenaflex and become part of a high-impact opportunity to play a pivotal role in building a new business vertical within a rapidly growing AI company.
