As a Ramp Agent, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of cargo and baggage to and from aircraft. Your daily tasks will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination **Scheduling and Work Environment** Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule, and you'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.
