Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients achieve successful outcomes in their commitments with us, while also driving revenue growth and retention. You'll work closely with our internal teams and clients to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals. **Key Responsibilities** * As a trusted advisor, facilitate the post-sales implementation program, establishing success criteria and implementation plans, and helping clients develop a strategy to achieve these objectives and maximize the value of our solution. * Evaluate client health, driving adoption, monitoring solution usage, resolving reported issues, and serving as the voice of the customer for future product development plans. * Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients throughout the customer journey, ensuring that needs are met and weaknesses are eliminated, leading to account retention and renewal. * Provide business insights through regular interaction and in-depth knowledge of the client and EFX businesses, while educating clients on the commercial value of our solutions, relationships, and industry best practices. * Serve as a single point of contact for identified Equifax accounts, typically large or high-priority ones. * Establish high-level relationships, offer creative ideas that enable clients to leverage all Equifax products and increase existing annual revenue. **Essential Qualifications** * Requires depth and/or breadth of specialized knowledge to operate independently and provide informal leadership to others. * Sophisticated critical thinking skills, leading others to resolve complex problems and adopting a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. **Preferred Qualifications** * Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a focus on strategic account management and customer success. * Strong understanding of the customer journey and the ability to develop tailored solutions to meet client needs. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. * Experience working with complex clients and developing creative solutions to drive growth and retention. * Strong business acumen and ability to provide insights that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. * Strong business acumen and ability to provide insights that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. * Ability to work independently and provide informal leadership to others. * Strong understanding of the customer journey and the ability to develop tailored solutions to meet client needs. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
