Our team is passionate, collaborative, and driven by a shared vision of excellence, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Development Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Managing data sources to monitor the field execution of vendor programs & assortments, ensuring that we're optimizing our partnerships and driving business growth. * Communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels, using your exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to bring data to life. * Staying informed of analytic best practices across the industry and providing effective information to deliver sales, margin, and market development goals, leveraging your expertise in category management and analytics to drive business outcomes. * Analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions, and developing actionable recommendations to drive improvement of results and find solutions. * Tracking category performance, including sales, profits, margins, and market share, and developing, communicating, executing, and monitoring specific performance metrics and goals relevant to each business as part of regular, scheduled business reviews. * Creating and delivering effective reports using POS data, Syndicated Data, and account-specific database information in presentation-ready formats, using your expertise in data visualization and storytelling to bring insights to life. * Evaluating and making recommendations on supplier performance to enhance the company's inventory & fill rate objectives, leveraging your expertise in category management and analytics to drive business outcomes. * Understanding and applying customer, consumer, and industry insights using market research data to deliver category growth, and ensuring superior client satisfaction by providing hands-on deep analytics and contributing to team problem-solving. * Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and performing other job-related duties as assigned, using your exceptional time management and organizational skills to deliver results. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's Degree and experience within the CPG sector; Adult Beverage preferred; arenaflex experience a value add. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to incorporate and interpret data from multiple unrelated data sources into concise action-oriented recommendations. * Understanding of National Chain Sales, Retail, and Distributor operations, with expertise in category management principles, syndicated data, and shopper/consumer insights (Numerator/Spectra, etc). * Ability to collaborate with external retail customers, key suppliers, and internal teams to deliver insights and recommendations, using your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships. * Assertive leadership and decision-making skills with an aptitude for understanding changing market dynamics and resolving complex problems, with a proven track record of success in driving business outcomes. * Preferred experience working with Syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI), Internal Shipment Data, and Household Panel, with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. **Benefits** As an Experienced Customer Development Manager at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Wellness program * Disability insurance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * 401(k) * Flexible spending account * Tuition reimbursement * Parental leave * Vision insurance * Life insurance * Prescription drug insurance * Paid sick time **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
