Zafin is a leading provider of an integrated platform for banks, focused on driving transformative customer value through innovative technology. The Product & Pricing Consultant I will implement the product, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful outcomes for customers by documenting business requirements and preparing key implementation deliverables. Responsibilities Contribute to the collection and documentation of business requirements Moderate ability to articulate key functional capabilities of SaaS solution suite Participate in fit-gap analysis exercise to assess business requirements to align them with out of the box capabilities and work closely with cross-functional teams to determine action plan to address gaps Collaborate with lead consultants to establish user stories and backlog items, and prepare test specifications utilizing agile methodology Assist in preparing key implementation deliverables, business requirements documentation, functional specification document and test strategy document Prepare test data and execute functional tests as well as integration tests within and across functional areas Skills Bachelor's degree (relevant experience can alternatively be considered) in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields Up to 2 years of experience in Business Analysis or Functional consulting within the Banking industry Foundational data analysis skills, with the ability to support the analysis and triage of new configuration requests related to the Zafin application Basic enterprise-wide view of the business, including foundational awareness of strategy, processes, technologies, and governance within the banking and financial services domain Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to internal and external stakeholders, including through written, verbal and visual communication Team player that collaborates effectively with colleagues across the organization and supports group alignment toward shared outcomes Goal-oriented, getting the job done in a positive, reliable, and inspiring manner Developing situational analysis and decision-making skills Proactive attitude, high willingness, and capability to understand requirements quickly while collaborating closely within a fast-paced environment Some domain knowledge of banking and financial institutions and/or large enterprise IT environment Basic knowledge of cloud concepts (goal to work towards) and SaaS applications Benefits Competitive salaries Annual bonus potential Generous paid time off Paid volunteering days Wellness benefits Robust opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Company Overview Zafin is a global enterprise software banking company that enables banks to optimize multiple revenue streams across retail/corporate banks.
