Job Title: Sales Specialist – Higher Education Location: Telangana Experience & Qualification: Minimum 3~5 years of relevant sales experience in Higher Education Eco Space MBA Strong understanding of the assigned territory and Higher Education segment Role Overview: The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales activities across the assigned territory, with a focus on revenue delivery, customer engagement, and business growth within Higher Education institutions. Key Responsibilities: Generate demand and identify new business opportunities across colleges and institutions Prospect, build, and manage a strong sales pipeline with effective funnel management Drive consistent month-on-month revenue delivery against assigned targets Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders Manage distributor relationships and ensure smooth business operations Lead negotiations and ensure effective deal closures Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to order execution Demonstrate strong business acumen and bring in innovative ideas to grow the territory Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction Key Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent relationship management abilities Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven, committed, and result-oriented #LI-KS1
