Job Title: Director of Clinical Services & Quality Assurance Location: Remote with some travel required Reports to: VP of Clinical We are seeking a strategic, senior-level leader to serve as our Director of Clinical Services & Quality Assurance. This role will lead organization-wide efforts in clinical program development, process and policy development, quality assurance, safety review, training resource creation, treatment plan infrastructure, business intelligence reporting, Student Analyst Program development, and cross-functional project execution. This leader will partner closely with the VP of Clinical Services to strengthen clinical systems, improve transparency in reporting, support clinical excellence needs in growth and openings, and develop resources that advance leadership, BCBA, RBT, and Student Analyst performance across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead organization-wide clinical program, process, and policy development Support quality assurance, incident review, and crisis identification with process improvement scope Develop training resources and learning content for leadership, BCBAs, and RBTs to support clinical excellence initiatives Support Student Analysts in progressing toward billable BCBA caseloads by building proactive, organization-wide systems for tracking professional development, mastering core BCBA job duties, and delivering targeted training that strengthens the BCBA pipeline. Build tools and supports in CentralReach and CentralReach Institute, including CEU/certificate-related resources Lead safety review follow-up and convert consult findings into development resources Support Org wide template updates based on payer and process requirements Improve reporting transparency using advanced BI in CentralReach Support HUS metrics, clinic opening inventory, and clinical readiness for expansion/new sites Lead strategic projects that strengthen clinical operations and support BCBA team success Qualifications Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field 3+ years of leadership experience in clinical operations, quality, program development, or process improvement Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience Knowledge of payer requirements, clinical documentation, and quality assurance systems CentralReach experience strongly preferred BCBA required This is an ideal opportunity for a leader who is highly organized, systems-minded, collaborative, and passionate about building scalable clinical infrastructure that improves quality and outcomes across a growing organization.
