In this position, you will provide support to the customers of the Support Center (patients, referral sources, and employees) by performing tasks related to patient care and third-party reimbursement. Primarily responsible for new order intake to encompass accuracy with clinical, billing, and care-related information and processing. First line of contact with new customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide support to customers of the Support Center (patients, referral sources, and employees) by performing tasks related to patient care and third-party reimbursement. * Process new orders, respond to questions, resolve issues, or forward to appropriate personnel in a timely manner to ensure patient, referral, and employee satisfaction. * Collect co-pays and deductible amounts. * Conduct insurance verification and eligibility for services/products. * Conduct patient satisfaction calls and act as patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns. * Develop and maintain a working knowledge of current products and services, Medicare, Medicaid, insurance regulations, and FDA/DOT and JCAHO guidelines. * Maintain accuracy and quality control throughout patient contact and data entry. * Manage all aspects of initial intake: answering the phone and receiving faxes, collecting patient and referral source information, inputting data into IMBS and eIntake, printing tickets, assembling charts, and processing paperwork. * Obtain authorization and qualification documentation. * Prepare complete and accurate files for Billing Department. * Process work orders to field locations and coordinate timely fulfillment of products and services ordered. * Provide product/service information and education by answering questions, offering assistance. * Provide thorough review and Quality Assurance for medical necessity and documentation requirements of payors and regulatory bodies. * Work extensively with eIntake proprietary system. **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or GED equivalent required. * One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment. * Experience in the medical field and administrative record management. * Strong customer service background. * Effective communication in English; both oral and written. * Knowledge of medical billing practices and of billing reimbursement. * Maintain confidentiality and practice discretion and caution when handling sensitive information. * Medical terminology. * Multi-task along with attention to detail. * Self-motivation, organized, time-management, and deductive problem-solving skills. * Sense of urgency and responsiveness to physicians, location employees, and patients. * Work independently and as part of a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * Experience with medical billing software and systems. * Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance regulations. * Experience working in a fast-paced environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** * 100% REMOTE Work from Home day one of employment. * Must live in the US and live within 60 miles of any arenaflex Location. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Pay starting at $14.50 plus a Quarterly Bonus opportunity. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. * Generous Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays. * Bonus and Incentive Opportunities. * Mileage reimbursement (when applicable for the position). * Telephone reimbursement (when applicable for the position). **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about providing exceptional support to patients and referral sources, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
