As a Data Entry Manager at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients and healthcare professionals. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of Data Entry Specialists, ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant entry of sensitive program data. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Leadership & Team Management** + Coach, mentor, and motivate the team to ensure confidence, product knowledge, and quality in work + Collaborate closely with other program leaders and stakeholders to drive operational excellence + Provide ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities + Create and maintain staffing schedules to support operational needs and SLAs + Collaborate with leadership team and partners to provide clear communication to insights, trends, risks, and ideas * **Operational Oversight** + Monitor daily workflow and productivity, ensuring accurate and timely data entry in REMS databases + Establish quality assurance measures and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory standards, and internal compliance requirements + Serve as the escalation point for complex data discrepancies, technical issues, or procedural questions + Manage and achieve internal and client KPIs while ensuring consistent, disciplined use of core processes and procedures * **Process Improvement** + Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improved data accuracy, efficiency, and automation + Maintain current knowledge of REMS program changes, network initiatives, and compliance requirements; ensure timely dissemination and team training + Develop and update SOPs, training materials, and job aids for data entry processes * **Compliance & Data Security** + Ensure data entry processes are compliant with all MLS, client, HIPAA, and FDA REMS requirements + Uphold best practices for handling and protecting Personal Health Information (PHI) * **Technology Enablement** + Ensure team proficiency with all relevant platforms, including telephony, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite + Provide coaching on efficiency, multitasking, and navigation across multiple screens + Participate in system testing and requirements as needed * **Reporting & Analytics** + Generate and analyze productivity, quality, and compliance reports to identify trends and inform leadership decisions + Present regular updates to leadership on team performance, risks, and resource needs **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred * **Experience**: 3-5 years of data entry or administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, or REMS environment * **Leadership Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role * **Skills**: + In-depth understanding of data entry best practices and compliance standards in a regulated environment + Familiarity with REMS programs, medical terminology, and patient support programs preferred + Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team + Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy + Proficient in using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously (CRM, telephony, databases, Microsoft Office) + Ability to develop and implement training, workflows, and quality control procedures + Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions **Work Environment and Benefits** As a Data Entry Manager at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
