With a focus on innovation, collaboration, and excellence, we're shaping the future of crisis intervention and mental health services. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Crisis Chat/Text Licensed Training Supervisor, you'll be responsible for: * Providing direct clinical support to clinicians answering calls, chats, and texts, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need to provide exceptional care. * Offering administrative and personnel support to clinicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. * Reviewing chats and texts, along with documentation of front-line clinicians, to ensure the highest level of care and adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures. * Assisting with training as needed, developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our clinicians. * Providing on-call clinical support to staff as needed, ensuring that our team is equipped to handle even the most complex situations. * Answering calls, chats, and texts as needed, providing crisis intervention services and risk assessments to individuals in crisis. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Master's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or a related field from an accredited college or university. * A current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record (not required for remote work). * A valid license as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT. **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be an asset in this role: * Bilingual in English and another language (Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, or Burmese). * Crisis and customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support in high-pressure situations. **Benefits** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy: * A competitive salary ranging from $72,127 to $91,954 annually, based on years of licensure, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development, with a focus on innovation and excellence. * A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a team of experts dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others. * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off. **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
